While this coffee is a little bit pricier than my normal blend, it is very smooth, and you can notice the difference in taste. As the package notes, "Dark cocoa and vanilla aromatics open to a rich, full-bodied coffee with cherry sweetness." In addition, after a couple of cups I felt a wave of wakefulness that lasted throughout the day. I was not left with a jittery feeling or that run-down tiredness mid day. Overall, even though there is a slight price difference, if you are willing to pay slightly more than the premium brands this coffee won't disappoint. I would highly recommend!
