Nene a year ago I was amazed at just how much product you get, the quality of this multi use conditioner, and literally a pea sized amount emulsified in your hands and it shows how absolutely dreamy this is, as a conditioner, a leave in, and as a curl cream as well! The smell lasts for days, and is herbal as well as tropical.. very unique smell! It worked great on my high porosity, bleach and color damaged and fine/medium density waves and curls, and even my 4 year Old's beautiful 3a curls it works great with! He only needs a rice sized amount. It's really going to last such a long time, since using anything too heavy weighs my hair down, but this can be stretched out so well by being emulsified with your hands! Good product but bottle/cap needs to change! Jennifer 2 years ago I like the product, however it is very challenging to get the product out of the bottle with the current squeeze cap they have on it. The bottle itself is too rigid to squeeze so it’s nearly impossible to use this product in the shower. I end up having to transfer the product to my own drug store bottle so that I can use it in the shower and even this transfer is difficult and involves me jamming my elbow down on the bottle on the countertop to get anything out. It also causes my hair when rinsing to weirdly web and has zero slip. As a leave in it foams and is very coating and white. Sadly this product doesn't seem to do a thing for my hair. Great results, but hair feels dried out when wet LisaPS 2 years ago When I use this conditioner, my hair looks great after styling, but it has no slip in my hair when wet. In fact, my hair knots up something crazy with this product when wet. If I use it, I have to add a leave in conditioner after just so I can detangle. I have fine, 2b/3a hair and can't use the Weather or Not Element-Defying Conditioner in the Essential Moisture line because of the coconut oil, which also dries out my hair. This conditioner has isohexadecane in it, which is a type of silicone and I'm wondering if this is what's causing the problem. However, the Weather Up Gel Weightless Curl Defining Gel in the Essential Moisture line is a holy grail product for me. It's the first cream/gel I've been able to use that isn't too heavy for my fine hair. I just wish I could find a conditioner in any of the Twist lines to use with it. I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my curl definition, shine, and texture. It’s definitely hydrating, my hair feels clean and non-stripped. I’m still using my usual styling products, so I know it’s the shampoo/conditioner making such a difference so far. Am definitely interested in trying their styling products based off my experience so far. And so affordable!!
